Escalade EXT’s high-output 345-horsepower V8 engine features a short-stroke crank and strong 10:1 compression inside lightweight aluminum cylinder heads. Escalade EXT’s engine delivers 345 horsepower at 5,200 rpm and 380 ft-lbs torque at 4,000 rpm.

Cadillac Escalade EXT’s 2011 2012 standard road-sensing suspension reads the road surface once every millisecond and adjusts from “soft” to “firm” as the road surface and your driving style require.

The 2011 2012 Cadillac Escalade EXT’s full-time all-wheel drive is working all the time. So you get traction at all four corners, without pulling a lever or pressing a button. And in Escalade EXT, the driving forces are tailored to the traction that is available for each wheel. If EXT senses that one or more wheels have less traction, then the all-wheel-drive system feeds power to the wheels with the most traction. That gives you confidence in less than ideal conditions.

With Escalade 2011 2012 EXT’s available DVD Navigation system, you may never have to ask for directions again. A DVD Navigation system will “talk” to you, giving directions to your destination.

As we all know, Cadillac is an automaker that builds very expensive but at the same time very luxury and powerful cars. What I want to say is that a regular car from Cadillac looks amazing and it is not worth to buy a wagon which makes the back of the car to look very ugly or at last this is what I think about wagons.

The author of this photo was saying that he was walking in LA when he saw that there was being recorded a Cadillac commercial and he also noticed this uncovered Cadillac CTS-V Wagon.

Despite widespread industry rumors about an entirely new Lambda platform replacing the classic Yukon and Tahoe-based vehicle platform, no major changes have been announced for the Upcoming 2012 Cars Cadillac Escalade. Reports that the vehicle would incorporate GM’s new DOHC V8 direct-injection engine also appear to have been premature; while no definitive conclusion can be made without further information, it looks as if any major updates to the Escalade have been postponed to a later model year. In fact, the rumored marriage of the Lambda vehicle platform and the new V8 engine may constitute an entirely new name in Cadillac’s SUV lineup.

Cadillac Escalade Release Date

No release date has yet been scheduled, but the Upcoming 2012 Cars Cadillac Escalade is expected to reach dealerships in early to mid 2011.

We try to refrain from saying things like "Chromed out," but times like this warrant it. The 2007 Cadillac Escalade (starting at $57,300) is clad in chrome from top to bottom — every little piece that could be chrome, is. The new Escalade boasts a 403-horsepower 6.2L Vortec V8 engine, a ton of cargo space, available 22-inch wheels, Bose stereo, and an interior made up of leather, brushed aluminum and burled trim. Man, do we love shiny new toys.
