Serene Scenery Sunday - This is For The Birds!

Tail wags, dear readers. Stormy here, with Serene Scenery Sunday. Amber helped me a bit with the title; today's post is all about the birds we've seen out on our walks lately! I have a lot of photos to show you, so let's get started!

On a recent walk up by our water tower, we had a red-tailed hawk circling us, and sort of tagging along with us on our walk. Here he is:

Hey, what's that on the wire out in front of him?

Is it just me, or is he using a teleprompter? Ha roo roo...

Excuse me?

OK, maybe joking with a large, predatory bird isn't a great idea. Moving right along...

On Ammy's birthday, we had birds following us on our walk, too. This time, it was dear little bluebirds!

Isn't this little guy sweet? He was posing for Mom!

Me? I liked this next guy.

Clearly, he took my Cooperating for Photos 1 class - and did very well!

Here are Mr. and Mrs. Bluebird hanging out together:

Very sweet, aren't they? Or as Ammy said, very "tweet". Ha roo roo roo, oh, that Yammer!

She's lovely, isn't she? Having a serene moment, as I hope all of you are!

This bird found some cool balls to play with:

Perhaps he's a ... yes, I'll say it, Am ... a LabraBird! Ha roo roo roo!
